Nick Grabowski
Chief Financial Officer, B.A.S.S., LLC
Nick Grabowski serves as Chief Financial Officer for B.A.S.S., LLC, where he oversees a wide array of organizational functions including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, IT, Office Administration and Membership.
Since joining the company in 2023, Nick has played a key role in supporting B.A.S.S.’s operational excellence and strategic growth as a family-owned business with a global brand presence.
With a passion for purpose-driven leadership, Nick is committed to delivering value to B.A.S.S. members, partners and fans. He brings a dynamic, solution-oriented approach to each day and is energized by the opportunities ahead for the organization.
Prior to joining B.A.S.S., Nick spent 10 years at Ernst & Young (EY) in the Assurance practice, based in Birmingham, Alabama. Rising to the role of Senior Manager, he led client-serving teams across the FinTech (Crypto) and Banking sectors. During his tenure, he also served on several regional and national advisory boards, representing his practice in firmwide initiatives and contributing to strategic leadership discussions. Nick further enhanced his technical expertise through time spent in EY’s Quality Network, focusing on digital audit innovation within the financial services industry.
A licensed CPA, Nick holds a B.S. in Accounting and Economics and an M.S. in Accounting, both from The University of Alabama.
Outside the office, Nick and his wife Demi enjoy life with their two young sons, Lucas and Caleb. The family attends St. Peter’s Anglican Church, where Nick has served as Treasurer and is an active member of the worship team, playing music during services. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors and the rewarding chaos of raising two energetic boys.
