College: 2025 All-American recap

After six regular-season events and the National Championship, eight anglers have been inducted to the inaugural Bassmaster College Series All-American Team presented by Huk based on their performance in the Strike King Bassmaster College Series presented by Bass Pro Shops.

Here are the anglers who will be representing the College Series next year during the 2026 Bass Pro Shops Bassmaster Classic presented by Under Armour.

Bryce Dimauro/Tripp Berlinsky – University of North Alabama (overall Team of the Year winner)

This sophomore duo claimed the overall Team of the Year with 940 total points collected between the Lunkers Trail and the Strike King Bassmaster College National Championship at Cherokee Lake presented by Bass Pro Shops. They opened the season with a ninth-place finish at Lake Okeechobee, adding 11th- and 40th-place finishes at Buggs Island and Chickamauga Lake, respectively, to finish third in Lunkers Trail points.

Entering the National Championship in sixth place in overall Team of the Year, the duo finished fourth at Cherokee Lake to vault into the top spot by tournament’s end. In just two seasons together, Berlinsky and Dimauro have claimed four Top 10 finishes. Dimauro was also named to the 2023 Bassmaster High School All-State team while Berlinsky has a BFL title to his name.

Elisha Colley/Storm Clark – University of Montevallo (second-place overall Team of the Year)

Colley and Clark finished second in overall Team of the Year with 925 points between the Lunkers Trail and the National Championship. After starting the season with a 36th-place finish at Lake Okeechobee, Colley and Clark locked in a seventh at Buggs Island and a 12th place at Lake Chickamauga to finish second in the Lunkers Trail standings.

Then at Cherokee Lake, the Montevallo duo finished 24th, just a little over a pound out of the final day cut,

Clark, a sophomore, was named to the 2023 Bassmaster High School All-American team before partnering up with the freshman Colley this season.

Grant Pursifull/Ben Burns – Stephen F. Austin State University (Legends Trail Team of the Year)

Pursifull and Burns were the first to claim their All-American spots by winning the Legends Trail Team of the Year with 731 points. The Stephen F. Austin duo made the most of their one day at the Harris Chain, landing 17-12 to claim fourth at the first event of the College Series season. They followed up with a second-place finish at Smith Lake before finishing the regular season with a 16th during a weather-shortened Lake Eufaula event.

Burns and Pursifull become the first team from a Texas school to claim a spot in the College Classic Bracket presented by Lew’s since 2016 and the second SFA team to fish the Bracket. SFA’s Andew Upshaw and Ryan Watkins went head-to-head in the first iteration of the tournament in 2011. Burns was an honorable mention on the 2020 Bassmaster High School All-State Team.

Blake Wheat/Zachary Helton – Carson-Newman University (Lunkers Trail Team of the Year)

Wheat and Helton punched their tickets to the College Classic Bracket presented by Lew’s by winning the Lunkers Trail with 714 points. They started the season strong by leading Day 1 at Lake Okeechobee and finishing in eighth place before claiming a 16th-place finish at Buggs Island. After suffering a slow Day 1 at Chickamauga, the Carson-Newman duo rebounded with over 21 pounds on Day 2 to jump up the leaderboard and claim the division title.
